What Exactly is the Oneness Approach?

It is simply learning how to get in touch with the mental, emotional and physical grounding your spirituality provides. This provides clarity and encourages deep connection with everyone, leading to healthy, inspiring, soulful relationships guided mindfully by the intent of your spiritual sense.

The keys to the Oneness Approach are:

  • Neuroplasticity and your Subconscious Mind

Neuroplasticity is just a fancy of way of describing your brain's amazing capacity to grow and adapt based on how you decide to see and interact with your environment. This process allows you to expand your Subconscious Mind and connect more deeply with your Spiritual Source and every relationship in your life.

Mirror neurons provide you the ability to have empathy for another person. This goes beyond words allowing you to "feel into" how someone else really feels. Your relationship with your Spiritual Source organizes your highest brain centers. This allows you to share compassion or "just the right feeling" when someone is suffering. Guiding your empathy and compassion with your relationship with your Spiritual Source enhances your neuroplasticity throughout your brain.  This allows your relationship decisions to become deeper, clearer, easier, and more successful. Why the Oneness Approach Works

We all make decisions by the intent we bring to each moment. You learn from the past while optimizing future possibilities. At times, however, you can become stuck or disconnected from your spiritual clarity. This is accompanied by a sense of mental overwhelm and physical exhaustion. As a result, your relationships falter leaving you feeling stuck and confused.

The Oneness Approach teaches you how to engage your faith to restore deep connections with your mind and body, so that you can "feel into" the answers that restore ease and clarity. Relationships deepen as you enhance your mind-body connections. Your mind becomes more vibrant, and yet, also peaceful.
