    Dear Dr. Seng,
For all of us, who would choose what is best for our fellow humans in compassion, there is the possibility of a connection to THE INFINITE, and in meditation is when within the mind, awareness in made in which a silent voice speaks to us to guide us in choices we make!
    Sincerely,

There were so many great points. I really resonated with slowing down and quieting the mind, which can initially be challenging but is so helpful. I also really took to heart the importance of awareness and noticing without judgement. My question is how mindfulness works in slowing doen the brain. How does that process work?

      Mia,
Thank-you so much for your excellent question! Your subconscious mind has the questions and answers you need. So we must train our conscious mind to listen carefully to this little voice inside us. We need to learn the wisdom of the questions and answers it provides. As we do this, the fractured disconnected thoughts of our unsupported conscious mind give way to the connectedness of our subconscious mind. Our subconscious mind connects to God, to others and to the greater good.
      Take Care,
      Dr. Seng
